The ringed body and concave center sections create a better hook set. The fins on the bottom side allows the tail section to spread open like a defensive crawfish and when bait comes to a stop the tail fins move back together in the original position. (Fins must be pulled apart before rigging.) Also because of the design of the bait, when the bait is on the bottom and hopped, it will come towards the angler and then turn and go in the opposite direction…creating an erratic fall in which the bass will react to in a feeding manner. Great for flipping at targets such as stumps, logs, lay downs, boathouses, matted vegetation and also great on a Carolina Rig.
