• Entries are calculated based on every full $50 increment in your purchase.
• Taxes, shipping, or other fees do not count towards your $50 increments.

Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random after the promotion ends.
• The drawing will take placeon or about August 4, 2026.
• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at checkout or on their mail-in entry card.

Important Details

• Entries are automatically assigned—no additional action required.
• Orders must be completed between July 3–26, 2026 to qualify.
• Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island, Florida, and New York) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lake Fork Lure Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
• Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, including both purchase-based entries and mail-in entries.
• Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lake Fork Lure Co. from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner's name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
• Disputes: This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas.
• How to Enter Without Purchase: To earn entries without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Lake Fork Lure Co., 1000 E HWY US 69, Emory, TX 75440. For each legally received mail-in request, you will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. Limit: One (1) entry per outer postmarked envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 27, 2026, and received by August 3, 2026.
• No cash alternative for the prize.
• There is no limit to the total number of entries an individual can earn via qualifying purchases or via unique, separate mail-in envelopes.
• Lake Fork Lure Co. will make a reasonable effort to contact the winner during August 2026.
• If the winner is unable to be contacted by August 31 2026, the prize is forfeit.
• Lake Fork Lure Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion if necessary.
