Lake Fork Rods No-Hassle Replacement Program
For rod breakage or damage due to accident, normal wear and tear, or neglect, Lake Fork Rods offers a No Hassle Replacement Program. In the event a rod is broken or damaged, the rod owner must pay the replacement fee to receive a replacement rod. If we no longer offer the exact model, we will replace it with the closest comparable model from our current product line. Replacement fee tiers are outlined below.

Shipped Replacement Process
Follow these steps to submit your rod through the Lake Fork No-Hassle Replacement Program
1. Carefully cut (yes, physically cut it with a saw) the 6”-8” logo section out of your broken rod (example pictured below)
2. Email us (Hello@lakeforklures.com) to receive the Lake Fork Warranty Information Form. Download, print and completely fill out the Form.
3. Place the cut logo section and completed warranty form in a SHIPPING ENVELOPE
4. Mail the envelope to the address provided on the Warranty Information Form. It is advised to send your warranty package with tracking
Once your warranty package is received by Lake Fork, your replacement rod order will be created using the information you provided on the Warranty Information Form and you will be called for credit/debit card payment of replacement tier fee, return shipping charges and taxes (if applicable). Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

1. Bring in your rod, ID, and replacement fee.
2. We'll verify and replace it.
3. You get to leave with a new replacement rod! No hassles!
